For experienced and new snowsport instructors

Fancy a cool time in the snow? We are looking for motivated snow sports instructors to join our team – whether you are just starting out or already have experience!

As an official training school of the German Ski Instructors’ Association (DSLV), we train you according to the latest standards and offer you the perfect opportunity to take your skills to the next level. In our internal training sessions, we not only prepare you optimally for your first assignments, but also support you in preparing for the next exams.

Whether you are a newbie or an experienced snow sports pro, we will give you the training you need.

Have you been at it for a while? No problem – every year, we offer exciting new topics in our further training programmes, even for experienced ‘old hands’.

At the beginning of the season, you will receive intensive training, and during the winter you will have the chance to develop in a targeted way.

There are also special training sessions such as the dwarf ski course for little ones (4 to 6 years old).

Interesting facts

What do we want from you?

  • you should be at least 16 years old and athletic.
  • you are a good skier or snowboarder
  • you are interested in improving your own driving skills and also in dealing with theory
  • You enjoy teaching others and working with people, especially with children and young people.
  • you have a lot of patience when working with children
  • you are very reliable and determined
  • you show commitment and are available at the weekend and maybe also during the week

What can you expect?

  • we are a professional training ski school and a member of the German Ski Instructors’ Association
  • We have experience in training ski and snowboard instructors, and every year we have candidates in the Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 exams.
  • The ski school director is a training mentor for the state-recognised ski instructors. Audit
  • Our training courses are recognised by the German Shipmasters’ Association (DSLV) as compulsory further training for level 1 and level 2 teachers.
