Do you love winter, the feeling of being on the slopes and working with people – especially children? Then join the Schweitzer team and experience an unforgettable winter as a snow sports instructor.
Whether you already have experience or are completely new to the world of ski or snowboard instruction, we will support you from the very beginning – with internal training, personalised support and a great team at your side.

All information for prospective ski and snowboard instructors
What you should bring with you:
- You are at least 16 years old and physically active
- you are a good skier or snowboarder
- You want to improve your driving skills and also learn about the theory behind driving
- you enjoy teaching others
- You enjoy working with people – especially children and young people
- You are patient, reliable and committed
- You have time at the weekend (and perhaps during the week) to work on the slopes
What you can expect from us:
- a friendly and professional team
- We are a recognised ski school affiliated with the German Ski Instructors Association (DSLV)
- Many years of experience in training – with participants in Levels 1, 2 and 3
- Our ski school director is a training mentor for the state Audit
- Our training courses are recognised as compulsory further training by the DSLV (Levels 1+2)
- You will receive individualised and targeted support in preparing for your examinations
- Fair pay & varied assignments with responsibility
- plenty of scope for personal development on and off the slopes

Compulsory ski training during the season
- Sat 14 Nov to Sun 15 Nov 26 at the Stubai Glacier
- 3 DSLV instructors (Jane Bauer, Nico Weh and Anna-Maria Hoch)
- Overnight stay incl. half board
Compulsory snowboard training during the season
- Sat xx to Sun xx December 2026 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen
- 1 state-certified snowboard instructor (Christoph Wende)
