Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your course booking within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period following the conclusion of the contract.

Please note: If your course is scheduled to begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly agreed during the booking process that the course services could begin before the withdrawal period expired. You also confirmed that you had been informed that, by giving this consent, you would lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the course services begin. In this case, a statutory withdrawal from your course booking is no longer possible.

Please complete the form in full and submit it. Immediately after submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal. Please keep this email as proof of submission.
