Whether you already have experience or are completely new to the world of ski or snowboard instruction, we will support you from the very beginning – with internal training, personalised support and a great team at your side.

All information for prospective ski and snowboard instructors

What you should bring with you:

  • You are at least 16 years old and physically active
  • you are a good skier or snowboarder
  • You want to improve your driving skills and also learn about the theory behind driving
  • you enjoy teaching others
  • You enjoy working with people – especially children and young people
  • You are patient, reliable and committed
  • You have time at the weekend (and perhaps during the week) to work on the slopes

What you can expect from us:

  • a friendly and professional team
  • We are a recognised ski school affiliated with the German Ski Instructors Association (DSLV)
  • Many years of experience in training – with participants in Levels 1, 2 and 3
  • Our ski school director is a training mentor for the state Audit
  • Our training courses are recognised as compulsory further training by the DSLV (Levels 1+2)
  • You will receive individualised and targeted support in preparing for your examinations
  • Fair pay & varied assignments with responsibility
  • plenty of scope for personal development on and off the slopes

General meeting

  • Regulars’ table
  • Theory evening per team on

Compulsory ski training during the season

  • Saturday, 15 November to Sunday, 16 November 2025 at the Stubai Glacier
  • 2 DSLV – Trainers
  • Overnight stay incl. Half board

Compulsory snowboard training

  • Sa to So at Garmisch Partenkirchen
